Design and build multi-step automation workflows that eliminate manual processes for our clients. You will work directly on live client systems across CRMs, payment tools, and data pipelines.
What We Look For
- Proficiency in Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
- Experience integrating tools like HubSpot, Stripe, Airtable, or similar
- Excellent written communication — we are async-first
AI Systems Engineer
Full-time · Remote
Build production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered pipelines for our enterprise clients. You will architect reasoning systems, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent frameworks from scratch.
What We Look For
- Hands-on experience building with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Python proficiency with production deployment experience
- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
Client Success Manager
Full-time · Remote
Own client relationships from kickoff to delivery and beyond. You are the bridge between our engineering team and the client — ensuring expectations are aligned, projects stay on track, and results are communicated clearly.
What We Look For
- Previous experience in agency or SaaS client success / account management
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to understand technical workflows at a high level
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
