Client Acceptance Policy.

We are deliberate about who we work with. Read our criteria before reaching out.

1.Our Philosophy

NexFlow Agency is selective about the clients we partner with. This is not arrogance — it is integrity. We believe that working only with aligned clients produces better outcomes for everyone involved: superior work, stronger relationships, and measurable results.

We do not operate as a volume agency. We operate as a precision engineering team. This means we accept a limited number of engagements at a time, and each one receives our full focus.

2.Who We Work With

We work with founders, operators, and businesses who:

  • Are building with a genuine long-term vision, not chasing short-term noise.
  • Respect the time and expertise of the professionals they hire.
  • Have a real operational problem that automation or AI can substantively solve.
  • Understand that quality systems require honest communication and feedback cycles.
  • Are ready to invest in infrastructure, not just "test the waters" with minimal commitment.

3.Who We Will Not Work With

We proactively decline partnerships and engagements involving:

  • Gambling and betting platforms — including sports betting, online casinos, and lottery services.
  • Adult content or entertainment — of any form.
  • Speculative cryptocurrency projects — including memecoins, pump-and-dump schemes, and unregistered token offerings.
  • MLM or pyramid structures — regardless of the product being sold.
  • Disinformation or manufactured content — services designed to deceive, manipulate, or mislead audiences.
  • Clients who have demonstrated bad faith — including non-payment history, IP theft, or dishonest communication.

This list is non-exhaustive. We reserve the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with our values, at our sole and absolute discretion.

4.Onboarding Process

All new client relationships begin with a discovery call. This is a mutual evaluation — we are assessing you as much as you are assessing us. We ask detailed questions about your business, current processes, and goals.

Following the discovery call, if there is a clear fit, we will issue a tailored proposal within 48 hours. Acceptance of the proposal and execution of the project agreement formally initiates the engagement.

5.Existing Client Obligations

Clients who have entered into an active engagement with NexFlow Agency are expected to maintain transparent communication, provide timely feedback, and honour payment schedules. Any material misrepresentation of a client's business, goals, or data during onboarding constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the engagement.
