By accessing or using the NexFlow Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website or engage our professional services.

NexFlow Agency provides AI automation, workflow engineering, and related digital services. Our specific service offerings, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work entered into with each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use NexFlow Agency's website or services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

All content on this website — including but not limited to copy, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of NexFlow Agency or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Client-specific deliverables (automation systems, workflow builds, custom agents) remain the property of NexFlow Agency until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, including but not limited to business processes, strategies, financial data, and system architecture.

This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees for NexFlow Agency's services are outlined in individual project proposals. Invoices are due within the timeframes specified therein. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of NexFlow Agency and must be agreed upon in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexFlow Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NexFlow Agency in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. NexFlow Agency reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our interests or those of other clients.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

NexFlow Agency reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
